If you are new to House Construction then you must have heard the name WPC.

This material currently stands as a substitute for wood products.

WPC’s full name is Wood Plastic Composite. It is made by mixing some wood pulp and plastic.

The uniqueness of WPC is that it is made entirely of recyclable materials.

Advantages

WPC is being used as an alternative to wood in housing. So every work we do with Wood we can also do with WPC.

These are also available to us like sheets and logs. Can be used as gates and doors.

Also, these are very easy to work with. These doors and gates can also be fitted with the local carpenter available to us.

WPC can also be used for cupboard work in kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Currently, a large percentage of cupboards use plywood or WPC.

WPC price is slightly higher compared to plywood cupboards and doors.

Doors, porches, cupboards made with WPC can be painted in any color or laminate sheet.

The most important reason why it is in high use is that it is 100% waterproof material. It does not damage water moisture or is even completely soaked in water.

The termite problem does not arise in this, it does not sing to the wet. For these two reasons, it is also widely used in wet places such as bathrooms.

Seasonal bends do not arise, and other woods such as teak and sorghum form monsoon and winter bends.

It is available in any size we want. Can be cut and used to suit our needs.

Ready-made doors are also available. These fitting is very quick and comes with beautiful designs.

Its lifespan is longer than other materials.

Disadvantages

Many large middle-class people do not use WPC material due to its high cost.

There are many different brands available in the market and it is difficult for the consumer to choose as there are different qualities.
